![]() Stags boss Paul Cox was left cursing his side's bravery yesterday as Mansfield failed to take maximum points from AFC Telford who played just under an hour with ten men. The Stags were matched a very neat Telford side but opened the scoring on 11 minutes when Lee Beevers looping cross dropped into the back of the net following a quickly taken free kick. The hosts were behind for just three minutes, Kieron St.Aimie was credited with the leveler despite it looking like a Ryan Tafazolli own goal, the move following an air kick from Ritchie Sutton. The Bucks turned the game on it's head on 33 minutes with a good counter attacking move, Richard Davies bundling home a low St.Aimie Cross before Liam Chilvers received his marching orders three minutes later. The home defender brought down Speight in the box for a clear spot kick which the lively front man successful converted. Switching to a 4-4-2 in the second half Mansfield looked lively however later efforts from Clements, Howell, Meikle and Speight were all blocked off, Telford grabbing a deserved point.
