![]() Lindon Meikle was the man of the moment yesterday as he netted twice to give the Stags their first win of the season, defeating Kidderminster Harriers 3-2 at Aggborough. Paul Cox made four changes to the side after two consecutive defeats but was again left wondering when things would ever get better as Harriers netted their first goal of the season on six minutes as Jack Byrne nodded in Marvin Johnson's pinpoint corner. The Stags eventually rallied and replied two minutes before the break, Matt Green tapped in from close range after Danny Lewis could only palm away a forceful Matt Rhead header. De-ja-vou then followed as Marvin Johnson's deflected shot put Kidderminster back infront six minutes into the second half, however it was a case of cometh the hour cometh the Stags as they dug deep to level on 60 minutes through Meikle, following good work between Rhead and Green. Substitute Nick Wright then combined with Meikle with 12 minutes remaining, the latter finishing emphatically on his left foot to put Mansfield ahead and ultimately win the match.
